#170 | duplicate | Inline Properties | bas | samuel@… |
Description |
I have found it annoying to specify ticket attributes in the subject of an email. It would be nice if it was possible to specify ticket attributes in the message body, in stead. Another disadvantage of specifying ticket attributes in the message subject is that unintentional ticket attribute modifications are likely when replying to a previous "email2trac" email. Specifying them in the message body eliminates this possibility. |

#183 | duplicate | inline image attachments are not inline | bas | didley@… |
Description |
I'm using email2trac 1.2.0 with Windows Server 2003 described on Email2trac on Windows. All works fine. But if I send an e-mail as html and with pictures inline as described with I opened this file in your app: <my file> and I got the following error dialog: <image> All attachments are at the end of the ticket description as list. Am I using email2trac right? |

#193 | duplicate | strip_quotes and strip_signature only for updates, not new tickets | bas | icon@… |
Description |
Sometimes the request that we receive is a forward, or we are cc'd in an existing thread. For cases like these, we'd really like to keep the full message intact -- but for updates to an existing ticket we'd really rather strip quotes and signatures. Wouldn't it be better to only do strip_quotes and strip_signature on ticket updates? |
