Custom Query (332 matches)

Expected to be able to clear ticket fields by using empty inline properties, like this:

@customer_id:

but that doesn't work, the field contents isn't cleared. (Trac 0.11.7, email2trac r492)

Seems this is explicitly checked here​. Is there a reason for that check?

Ticket is correctly in the ticketsystem, but the sender gets a undelivered mail back of the mail system.

run_email2trac will not run at all on my system. In my maillog I see:

What does this mean and how do I fix it?
