From a customer support perspective can ticket items be collaborated on internally (as they are currently with Trac) and then only at the end a reply specified to the original sender?

Is there anyway to filter out the html version of an email as the text version seems to be the one actually used in the ticket? The HTML version just gets tacked on as an attachment and isn't particularly useful.

Is there any way to set an owner for a new ticket? The method documented appears only to work for an updated ticket.
