From a customer support perspective can ticket items be collaborated on internally (as they are currently with Trac) and then only at the end a reply specified to the original sender? If not please consider this a feature request. Thanks! |

Is there anyway to filter out the html version of an email as the text version seems to be the one actually used in the ticket? The HTML version just gets tacked on as an attachment and isn't particularly useful. |
