email2trac fails on postfix

im having a really hard time getting this to work. do i need to create a special trac user for email2trac. the email bounces back with Command died with status 253:

I am just back from vacation. Can you run email2trac with the test message. If yes then it must be a permission problem. Do you use the correct userid's for postfix and trac? Or are you not allowed to run setuid programs
