#194 assigned enhancement
Better way of stripping outlook-style top-post replies

Description
Note that this works well only in conjunction with "strip quotes only on ticket update" functionality suggested in #192. The trouble with Outlook-style replies is that message forwards have the exact same format as message replies. If you apply this patch without stripping quotes on ticket updates, you will potentially lose important data if someone forwards you an email to start a new request or cc's you in the middle of an existing thread.

Thanks will read it and apply it. This is only for outlook, is this language independent?. I have a lot of requests/enhancements for this topic, see:

Hmm... This patch is probably not language independent. I would expect that localized versions of Outlook would put something else instead of "From:" and "Sent:", but I have no firsthand experience with that.

Other simple patch for cut outlook overquoting. Author: Artem Savkov (artem at adriver dot ru)
Again about cutting outlook's overquoting. My collegue wrote a little path for fix that. Patch in attachment. Patch was applied to version 2.4.5 and for us - it works.
And some idea about quote parser: do you thing about divide parser on modules? I'm explain my idea - can you (if it interesting o'course) make quote parser like chain for other peoples can create including modules for parsing quote by themself algorithms?
How you think about it?
Enhancement to strip-outlook-replies functionality.
