Description

Dear Mr Van der Vlies,

I was wondering how I can change the default ticket type when a ticket
is created by email2trac. I'm only able to find an old configuration
option ticket_type which doesn't seem to work. Am I able to change the
default ticket type?

I am dutch ;-). Maybe somebody is also reading this ticket so i will answer in english. Did you read https://subtrac.sara.nl/oss/email2trac/wiki/Email2tracConfiguration#Defaultvaluesforticketfields?, eg:

default_type:  setup

Hi,

Thanks for the fast response! I've read the manual and then it hit me
(or as we say in dutch: het muntje viel). The files that I defined
should reside in the template folder of my project, and not in the
global template folder of trac. By doing that, my problems
disappeared.
