Q: Able to collaborate internally on tickets before mailing a response

Description

From a customer support perspective can ticket items be collaborated on internally (as they are currently with Trac) and then only at the end a reply specified to the original sender?

If not please consider this a feature request.

Do you mean that you only want the last update of ticket will be sent to the user. This is are trac.ini options. You can disable all the email notifications and with the last update fill in the CC-field with author email address then the update will be sent.

as closed The owner will remain anonymous.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
