Ticket updates do not display reporter address ('From'-header)

Description

When updating an existing ticket through email2trac, the added comment does not contain the From: header.

The wanted result is something like the following:

  • original message: 
From: Some One <someone@example.org>
To: An Other <another@example.org>
CC: <email2trac@example.org>
Date: Tue, 18 Oct 2011 15:44:06 +0200
Subject: RE: some subject (reference: #9304:)

...
  • gets translated in a new comment added to ticket 9304 containing the following: 
On Tue, 18 Oct 2011 15:44:06 +0200 Some One <someone@example.org> wrote:

  • Status changed from new to assigned

Your basically want another header output. Did you try: 

email_header: 1

  • Status changed from assigned to closed

as closed The owner will remain bas.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
