white_list from wiki users' list

it would be nice if email2trac can check the email address against the registered users and if there is a match accept the ticket. as people sometimes post from different addresses than their registered ones, maybe also a file of added white_addrs would be cool.

it seems to work here.  took a bit on the freebsd install, but ok.

for my current needs, not really, the white_list: holds enough for the
additions/exceptions i have.

but i can easily imagine larger scale sites would.  for a more complex
use, i have a friends who uses tdma to front it all, and would probably
like it.
