Description

Is there any way to set an owner for a new ticket? The method documented appears only to work for an updated ticket.

No you can not set the owner of a new ticket. It uses the default owner specified in trac.ini.

How about set the owner of component ?

The only way how this will work. Is to setup multple email address in the aliases file, eg:

bas@sara.nl| email2trac --owner bas --project=email2trac

Is this what you want? This is not implemented yet.

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from assigned to closed

Just close the ticket. No reponse

Change Properties
Action
as closed The owner will remain bas.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and user name can be saved in the Preferences.
