Problems with html conversion

Description
I installed html2text on my system (Debian Squeeze) and configured de email2trac.conf with html2text_cmd as is described in the Wiki page, but nothing happends. How can i debug this problem?

When the email is sent, for example, by a Gmail account (vía web interface gmail.com), the body is OK. With Thunderbird in html format, the body is saved as attachment :-(

That is another problem, see configuration option:
- drop_alternative_html_version: 0 OPTIONAL, if set then drop the HTML part of the message that is t he same as the plain text version

You can set the debug flag in in email2trac.conf, this will dump the raw message in '/tmp' and logs everything in your syslog if you use unix, With the raw email message in '/tmp' you can use the command-line:
