Hi,

I would like to download email2trac.tar.gz from
ftp://ftp.sara.nl/pub/outgoing/, like suggested in
https://subtrac.sara.nl/oss/email2trac/wiki/Email2tracInstallation
but the link to the archive is broken. Is there a new download
location?

No the ftp-server is up and working, maybe it a problem at your site
