q_express not always available

Description

the q_express attribute is not always available and this causes a KeyError? at line 165 in PBSQuery

Should be possible to do

q_attrs = self.d.get('q_express', None)

I will fix it. This line must be deleted it was for testing purpose ;-), fixed in trunk version and we relase an new version 3.0.1

forgot to set an option so no mail was sent to reporter. It is fixed in new version
