How do I create a bootable SALI CD?

Description
With systemimager, I could create a CD that would allow me to image a workstation on any subnet by communicating to the systemimager server.
Now that I have SALI installed and working fine with pxeboot, I need to be able to create a CD that will allow me to connect to the sali server in the same way.
How do I create an autoinstall CD using SALI?
Thank you in advance for your reply.

Thank you for your reply.
I haven't had an opportunity to read the information on isolinux yet.
It would be appreciated if you could create a shell script that allows us to generate an iso.

We have release a new version of SALI which contains the utilities for generating an iso image which can be used for either a cd or on an USB drive.
For instructions see this page:

The new version can be downloaded here: ftp://ftp.sara.nl/pub/sali/sali-x86_64-1.5.7.tar.gz

Thank you Dennis! :) I wanted to close the loop with you and let you know that the iso script worked. :) Thanks again for your assistance. It's quite easy to create a bootable SALI CD using isolinux
I shall create a shell script which allows you to generate an iso
