Hello,
the attached patch will make jobmond sleep() not when a PBSError occurs but when there are no jobs in the queue.

But there was an other ticket for this bug already. ;) It's fixed in the development version now, since changeset r359.
Hopefully 0.2.1 will be released before the end of the week, containing the fix.
