IWS fails on start

Description

Hi,

I have installed IWS on to a jaunty new dell PE2950 however, when i start it looks to have started and creates a .pid file. However it then immediately crashes with a java exception error.

any ideas on how i should fix this? I am using a custom 2.6.24 kernel as i need that for DRBD and openvz btw.
