#148 | wontfix | Re: [Trac] Re: Installing mail2trac plugin | bas | snowychuu@… |
Description |
yes the subject line remains intact and all that is changed is that it has RE: in front of it. I see in your posts that it may need to configure the ticket number in front of the subject. Is that configured on the backend or is that added manually by the requestor or replier? It does not make sense if the user need to manually input the ticket # in the subject. I also don't want the ticket # to show up in the subject. I just want replies back and forth and trac should still know that it is an update vs a new ticket. Subject: #4: Bas --> will update ticket #4 The version of email2 trac was from Sept 13 2005. On Thu, Aug 27, 2009 at 11:06 AM, Bas van der Vlies <basv@sara.nl> wrote: |

#176 | worksforme | Reporter receives no more notification after update | bas | hju@… |
Description |
After successfully updating email2trac to version 1.0.0 we face a very odd behaviour. The notification (we use alternate_notify_template - works as designed) is sent to the owner of the ticket (identified via componend) and the smtp_always_bcc adresses , but not to the reporter (who sent the mail). There was nothing changed in the configuration (always_notify_reporter=true), the reporter_states = new, closed, reopened (from FlexibleReporterNotificationPlugin) are even unchanged. If you later close the ticket, the reporter receives a mail as expected... Are there any known issues on this? |

#239 | fixed | 'Reply-to' links to invalid email addresses in some browsers | bas | sil |
Description |
The 'Reply to' link points to an invalid to- (and cc-)address. For instance, if the reporter has the address reporter@…, and a copy of the reply has to be send to tickets@…, the addresses will get invalid in Google Chrome and Safari; the to-address will be reporter%40example.com, and the cc-address will be tickets%40example.com. The mail addresses are correctly shown in Internet Explorer and Mozilla-based browsers. |
