postfix/local[7510]: 29C2939C004: to=<ticket@ffff.de>, relay=local, delay=0.95, delays=0.04/0.
01/0/0.9, dsn=5.3.0, status=bounced (Command died with status 1: "/usr/local/bin/run_email2trac". Command output: TD: saving
 email to /tmp/tmpAQf2AX.email2trac )

Ticket is correctly in the ticketsystem, but the sender gets a undelivered mail back of the mail system.

Actually yes.

There is an .eml file with the original mail.

Are the attachments included in the ticket? If no then it permission probolem. Email2trac has no permission to save the attachments in the trac directory. Maybe uou can find some useful info in the log files?

No it's just html or plaintext mail.

i thought you ment whether there is an attachment in the return bouncemail.

There is noting in a log file wih a exit status or that there are no permission to write in the python_egg_cache directiry else i can not explain it. email2trac is working without any problems:

  • email2trac < msg.txt

msg.txt is included in the package or you can just the message that is dumped in /tmp

python_egg_cache can now be set from email2trac.conf and is option for run_email2trac

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
